The Spoke & Bird South Loop, located at 205 E 18th St in Chicago, is open daily from seven a.m. to five p.m. The Spoke & Bird Pilsen, located at 1248 W 18th St in Chicago, is open Sunday from nine a.m. to five p.m., Monday from eight a.m. to three p.m., Thursday and Friday from eight a.m. to three p.m., and Saturday from nine a.m. to five p.m., and is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
